Case Study

Logistics is traditionally perceived as "dirty," analog, and loud. Einride represents the polar opposite: autonomous, electric pods without a cabin. The challenge was twofold: How do we humanize autonomous 26-ton machines to alleviate public fear, and how do we transform a functional B2B transport vehicle into a high-desire tech icon?

We aren't selling a truck; we are selling a new operating system for the planet. The visual communication needed to stop shouting "transportation" and start whispering "intelligence." While competitors focused on ruggedness, we positioned Einride as the "Ghost in the Grid" – quiet, clean, and hauntingly efficient.

"Autonomous Elegance." We broke every convention of commercial vehicle advertising. Instead of mud and highway romanticism, we utilized an aesthetic language more commonly found in high-end architecture and premium consumer tech.

As Creative Lead, I pivoted the entire visual workflow to an AI-First methodology to solve specific production bottlenecks:

  • Synthetic Environments: Since physical shoots with autonomous prototypes in urban centers are logistically prohibitive, I directed the creation of hyper-realistic "Future Cities" using Gen AI.

  • Predictive Pre-Viz: We utilized AI to simulate lighting moods and camera paths for TV spots before a single lens was cleaned. This reduced pre-production costs by 40%.

  • The "Invisible" Interface: AI-generated visualizations of how the pod "sees" its environment (Lidar data as an art form) became a core element of the brand’s storytelling.

In my role as Creative Team Lead, I orchestrated a multidisciplinary squad to ensure a unified vision:

  • Orchestration: Led a team of 8 specialists, including Motion Designers, Prompt Engineers, Copywriters, Designers, and UI Experts.

  • Bridge Building: Acted as the translator between Swedish engineering teams (hardware-focused) and global marketing departments (vision-focused).

  • Brand Guardianship: Maintained a rigorous global visual standard across all touchpoints, ensuring the brand felt premium and consistent in every market.
